    Easy chicken pasta

    1 tbsp oil
    2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breasts, cut into small dice
    1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
    300ml chicken stock
    1 essential Waitrose Lemon
    250g essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved
    250g essential Waitrose Spaghetti
    25g pack basil, shredded


    1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and the white parts of the salad onions for 5 minutes. Add the stock, the zest and juice of half the lemon, the tomatoes and green parts of the salad onions. Bring to the boil and simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes until al dente, drain and return to the pan. Stir in the chicken rag├╣, toss in the basil and season to taste.
