Easy chicken pasta

1 tbsp oil
2 essential Waitrose British Chicken Breasts, cut into small dice
1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, sliced
300ml chicken stock
1 essential Waitrose Lemon
250g essential Waitrose Cherry Tomatoes, halved
250g essential Waitrose Spaghetti
25g pack basil, shredded
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and the white parts of the salad onions for 5 minutes. Add the stock, the zest and juice of half the lemon, the tomatoes and green parts of the salad onions. Bring to the boil and simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 10 minutes until al dente, drain and return to the pan. Stir in the chicken ragù, toss in the basil and season to taste.
