    Roast sprouts

    • Vegetarian

    • Cooking time: 10 minutes
    • Total time: 20 minutes

    Serves: 6


    500g brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
    3 tbsp olive oil
    ½ lemon, juice


    1. Preheat the oven to 220˚C, gas mark 7. Toss the sprouts in the oil, season and scatter in a large roasting tin. Roast for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with the lemon juice. Serve at once (or they’ll wilt and turn brown).
