    Spinach & Parma ham salad with seeds

    100g pack baby spinach
    125g cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 tbsp basil-infused olive oil
    4 slices Parma ham, torn
    50g pecans, roughly chopped and toasted (optional)
    1 tbsp balsamic glaze
    1 tbsp mixed seeds, toasted 


    1. Toss the spinach, tomatoes and basil-infused oil together, and place on 2 plates. Top with the Parma ham and toasted pecans (if using). Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and sprinkle over the mixed seeds.
