    Winter warmer punch cocktail

    280ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
    280ml Waitrose Ruby Port
    560ml cider
    3 tbsp fresh lemon juice, strained
    1 tbsp Vedrenne Vanilla Syrup
    1 apple
    Handful of blueberries


    1. Pour the gin, the port, the cider, the lemon juice and the vanilla syrup into a pitcher or punchbowl filled with ice.

    2. Stir well and set aside to chill for three minutes.

    3. Using a sharp knife, cut the apple into thin rounds, removing the pips. Add to the punchbowl, along with a handful of blueberries.
