    Fennel-Spiced Kale

    Splash of water
    Salt and pepper
    1 tbsp olive oil
    ½ tsp fennel seeds
    2/3 of a 200g pack essential Waitrose Kale


    1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large, deep frying pan with a lid. Add ½ tsp fennel seeds, roughly crushed, and stir-fry for a minute or two. Add the kale, seasoning and a splash of water. Stir to coat the kale.
    2. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes, until wilted and just tender.
