Terms and conditions

If in doubt, we would recommend catering for more people rather than less - there are plenty of  delicious ways to use up those leftovers!

We have approximated portion sizes per person based on quantities recommended for party catering. In some cases, the recommended serving sizes on the back of pack may differ slightly from the quantities we have recommended here.

The weights of the turkey and vegetables have been given as sold, prior to preparation and cooking.

We recommend approximately 500g of turkey per person, based on whole turkey weight.

These recommendations are based on adult portion sizes.
