If you are planning a festive meal for family, friends or colleagues, we’ve gathered a list of our top 5 Christmas dinner tips, to ensure that your meal is a total success.

The weights of the turkey and vegetables have been given as sold, prior to preparation and cooking.
We recommend approximately 500g of turkey per person, based on whole turkey weight.
