What makes it the ultimate summer Seriously From Waitrose dessert?

It is wonderfully yummerific, with the sweet chocolate layers mixed with the salty peanut butter layers and the freshness of the soft cheese, it works on several parts of your pallet and will leave you wishing you had made a bigger cake!

    1. Crush the cookies finely, with some largeish pieces. Sprinkle a small amount of cinnamon and a tiny dash of nutmeg. Melt some butter and pour into the cookie dust (enough that all the cookie dust is wet, but there should be no excess). Mix soft cheese with chocolate spread until a chocolate paste is made. Mix soft cheese with peanut butter until a peanut butter paste is made. Add a few drops of vanilla essence to both pastes. Layer as described above.
