Season 2 packs of salmon. Then fry salmon for 5 mins each side until golden & just cooked through. Chop ¼ pack of watercress very finely & mix with 75g mayonnaise. Add the zest of 1 lime & some seasoning to the mayo. Spread onto the rolls & top with ¼ pack of watercress & salmon.
