Pecan recipes

Pecans are far too good to save for pecan pie alone. Their rich, buttery flavour feels right at home in blondies, pecan cakes such as our banoffee pecan loaf and pecan pastry recipes like our blueberry, maple and pecan tart. They're not just for satisfying a sweet tooth either. Toss them into salads for a crunchy finishing touch, whether that's our blueberry, pecan and feta salad or crispy maple bacon, squash & pecan salad. Shop pecans and go nuts!

Spiced apple & pecan cake
