Ingredients

  • 190g pack cooking chorizo, sliced
  • 2 x 150g bags smoked paprika crisps
  • 200g tub Roasted Garlic Aioli Dip
  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped flat or curly leaf parsley

Method

  1. Fry the chorizo in a pan set over a medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes until the slices are golden and crispy.

  2. On a large platter, layer up the crisps, chorizo (with any oil left in the pan), aioli dip and parsley until you have used everything up. Serve straight away.
