Steak & cauliflower stir fry

1 tbsp vegetable oil
250g pack essential Waitrose British Beef Steak Stir Fry
1 red pepper, sliced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
300g pack Waitrose Cauliflower & Kale Couscous
1 medium Waitrose British Blacktail Free Range
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan until it is hot and almost smoking. Quickly fry the steak and pepper for 2-3 minutes, ensuring that the meat is thoroughly cooked through, but that the pepper still retains its crunch.
2. Add the soy sauce to the pan, followed immediately by the cauliflower and
kale couscous, and stir to heat through.
3. Pour in the beaten egg and gently stir it through the mixture for 1-2 minutes. Serve at once.
