A variety of biscuits

Amaretti

Small dome-shaped Italian almond flavoured biscuits, that have a light and airy but crunchy texture.

Uses:
Delicious eaten as they are or often crumbled and added to cake or pudding recipes. They are delicious used in trifle instead of traditional sponge cake.

To store:
Keep in a dry, airtight container.

Amarettini

These are mini versions of the popular Italian amaretti biscuits. They are available in either the traditional almond variety or lemon flavoured.

Uses:
Serve with after dinner coffee or for afternoon tea.

To store:
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight tin and consume by the best before date.
