Conserve
A conserve is a sweet fruit preserve with a high concentration of fruit. A wide variety of different types are available including greengage, blackcurrant, strawberry and plum.
Uses: Spread fruit conserve on toast, on scones with clotted cream or in a sponge cake with whipped cream.
To store: Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.
