Guinness
Two types of Guinness, one of the world's most famous stouts, are available from Waitrose. Guinness Original (available in cans and bottles) is matured using malt, barley and hops to create a light, sharp and crisp flavour. In contrast Guinness draught has a smooth, creamy taste and is available in cans.
Uses: Guinness is a popular drink and also adds a rich flavour to beef casseroles, stews and pies.
