Pizza base
For a genuine Italian-style pizza made at home, Italian-baked pizza bases are available. Choose from Premium stone baked, made with premium stone ground flour for a traditional home baked taste (1 base per pack) or Genuine Italian thin and crispy bases (2 per pack).
Uses: Cover with a tomato sauce and your choosen toppings (eg mushrooms, peppers, olives, ham, anchovies, herbs), sprinkle with grated cheese or sliced mozzarella cheese and bake following the packet instructions.
To store: Keep in a cool dry place for up to 6 months, once opened store in the fridge and use within 2 days.
To cook: Bake in a preheated oven at gas 7, 220°C for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
