These are dried kernels of sweetcorn which when cooked 'pop' and expand to form the popular snack popcorn.
Uses: Popcorn can be sprinkled with salt or sugar to taste and served as a snack.
To store: Keep in a cool, dry place and use within 6 months.
To use: Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large pan, add 125g popcorn maize and cover. Gently heat and shake the pan occasionally until you can hear that the corn has stopped popping. Remove from the heat and sprinkle with salt or sugar to taste.
