Preparation and Usage
How To Do It You will need: 105ml Water, 70ml Vegetable Oil 1. Preheat oven to 180° C (160° C for a Fan Oven), Gas Mark 4. 2. Line a brownie tin (8x8 inches) with baking parchment, making sure there is a good overhang. 3. Empty the brownie mix into a mixing bowl, add the water and oil. Using a whisk, mix to make a smooth, creamy batter. 4. Use a spatula or metal spoon to empty the brownie mix into the tin and smooth it out so it goes all the way to the edges. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips. 5. Put the tin in the hot oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked but still squidgy in the middle (the middle will still be soft and maybe even wobbly, but it will cool down to a gooey perfection). 6. Take the tin out of the oven and leave to cool. Bosh! Add a special twist with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of peanut butter before baking.
