Pan Fry. Time: 10-12 mins. For best results pan fry. Remove all packaging, trim livers. Heat 20g butter in a frying pan, add livers and cook on a high heat to seal and then reduce heat to moderate and cook for 10-12 minutes. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
