Norfolk farmer, Joe Rolfe uses sustainable farming methods to yield the highest quality and finest tasting carrots. He rotates his crop with legumes to provide nitrogen to the soil, uses ladybirds to control pests and composts to encourage soil health

Why Duchy milk is different

Waitrose Duchy Organic whole and semi-skimmed milk isn’t homogenised, so the cream rises naturally to the top. It's produced by cows on 26 farms in the West Country who enjoy an organic diet and are encouraged to graze outdoors as much as the weather allows.
