How to make me Pour in boiling water to the fill line (160 ml). Gently stir and replace lid. Leave to stand for 2 to 3 minutes and enjoy. Contents will be hot. Do not place in microwave. Pull tab to remove sleeve. Fill boiling water to the line. For thinner porridge add more water For thicker porridge add less water
