Dark Porter is brewed with six different malts for a satisfying, rich, malty body full of roasty, chocolatey flavours all balanced by a deep & lasting hop bitterness. GADDS' Dog Bolter Dark Porter is brewed & bottled, with great TLC, by Lois, Eddie & the gang of miscreants they employ at their Ramsgate Brewery on the Isle of Thanet, on Kent's eastern coast (CT10 2YD) where gulls sing and hops grow wild. The ingredients used are: water, malted barley, malted wheat, Kent hops & brewers' yeast.
Preparation and Usage
GADDS' bottle conditioned ales are unfiltered and unfined, ensuring great depth of character. A light yeast sediment remains in the bottle, maturing the ale and slowly altering the flavour. This sediment may be mixed with the last drop or two of beer and poured over the head in the connoisseurs style or left behind in the bottle. Either way, relax, kick back and enjoy.
