Ooni's cast iron grizzler pan sears meat, fish and vegetables and comes with a removable handle and wooden serving board. The griddle pan creates distinctive grill marks and the ridges allow fat and cooking juices to run off, for healthier cooking on a barbecue or in a pizza oven. Cast iron cooks evenly and retains heat for oven-to-table serving, using the handle and straight onto the wooden board.
