A dry red wine combining the attractive qualities of the Shiraz and Cabernet grapes, grown across the West Australian viticultural landscape. The Indian Ocean plays an important role in the production of this wine. The long dry summer and cooling ocean breezes at night combine to ensure maximum flavour. The wine is brightly fruited with fine tannins. Usually served at room temperature, but a slight cooling may be preferred during summer.
