18 mins- Pre-heat oven to 200°C fan- Evenly spread the tempura'fries on a lined baking tray- Place the tray into the centre of the oven and cook for 18 mins turning pieces over halfway through cooking- Leave to cool for 2 mins and season with salt to taste
