Preparation and Usage

Hints & Tips This lovely salad is incredible as a side dish with roast or stewed lamb, or a fillet of juicy grilled fish. It's also wonderful spooned into a wholemeal pitta bread with some grilled chicken or steak, fresh mint and yoghurt-add a little chopped red chilli to fire things up a bit!

Eat cold or to heat up, squeeze the pouch to separate the grains. Tear the top corner open by 2cm, heat for 1 min in a 750W/Cat D microwave, open and watch out for the steam. Job done!
