Preparation and Usage
Kashmiri Lamb Casserole Serves 4 1 1/2 lb lamb chunks or small lamb chops, 1 tsp ground cardamom, 6 Natco Green Cardamom Pods, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 2 tbsp natural yoghurt, 8 Natco Whole Black Peppercorns, 4 tbsp Natco Butter Ghee, 1 tsp salt. Method: Heat the butter ghee in a saucepan, then add the lamb, black peppercorns, ground cardamom and cardamom pods. Stir for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, yoghurt, salt, coriander leaves and 3 cups of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1hr until meat is tender. Serve with Natco Basmati rice or chappatis.
