General
Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Do not reheat once cooled.

Medium heat, 10-14 mins
Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill pan under a medium heat, turning occasionally until the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Shallow Fry

Medium heat, 10-14 mins
Remove all packaging. Place the meat into a preheated non-stick frying pan, turning occasionally until the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
