From Chilled

Preheat oven. Empty the lamb and cook juices into a suitably sized ovenproof dish, discarding any large pieces of fat. Cover with foil, and place into oven for 20 mins. Remove from the oven, pouring the cook juices into a suitable receptacle for later use. Return the lamb to the oven for a further 25 mins. Empty the contents of the sauce sachet into a cup or small pan. Add the retained cook juices, and stir. Heat in the microwave or over a low heat in a pan. Remove lamb from the oven, place onto plate, and pour over the sauce. To serve, shred the lamb off the bone, mix through the sauce, and sprinkle the onions on top. (Time 45 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
