Oven cook

(Recommended method): Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400'F) Gas mark 7-8. Heat for 10-15 minutes, turning once.
Microwave

Place the product on a microwave-safe plate and heat uncovered for 2-3 minutes per unit at maximum power level. Do not overcook. Let stand for 2-4 minutes before serving.
Shallow fry
From Frozen
Preheat oil to 175°C, fry gently for 3-5 minutes after thawing. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
