Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and heat for 25 minutes. Remove film and heat for further 30 minutes. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 55 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
