Oven cook

From Frozen

Preheat oven fan 180°C/ gas 6. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.Stir, ensure the product is piping hot before serving.

Microwave

From Frozen

(800w Full Power).Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film & cook for a further 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Check food is piping hot.
