British charcuterie.We make this award winning Chorizo on our farm using our own Suffolk pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. Taking the finest cuts of pork we add a little salt, 3 types of the very finest Pimento de la Vera DOP paprika, together with spices and herbs before gently smoking them over oak and beechwood chippings. They are hung to dry for the flavour to mature. We love eating them straight from the pack or use in cooking by adding them to our favourite dishes.
