Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place cod loin in a lightly oiled loosely wrapped foil parcel. Place parcel on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 16 - 18 minutes, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 6)
