Preheat oven, Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a casserole dish. Fry lamb on a medium heat until browned all over. Add desired vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Add stock, cover place in the center of the oven and bake for 2 hours until tender. (Time 2 hours Oven: 170°C, Fan: 150°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 3)
