Stir fry
From Chilled
Cooked from chilled: 4-5 minutes. Cooked from frozen: 7-9 minutes. Preheat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging and place prawns in the pan.. Stir fry over a medium heat, turning occasionally. Do not reheat once cooled.
