High heat (6-11 mins).
Preheat grill to high. Do not remove the ovenable pad before cooking and cook in foil tray. Place foil tray under grill. Cook until golden brown. Turn occasionally. Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Barbecue
From Chilled
Place halloumi kebabs on a lightly oiled preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated high-heat gas barbecue. Turn frequently and cook until golden brown. Take extra care when barbecuing. Cook first and barbecue to finish.
