From Chilled

Pan Fry. Time: 5-6 mins. Remove all packaging. Preheat pan over a medium heat, add a tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil and heat. Place fillet into the pan skin side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes turning halfway through cooking. Add the butter and melt for the last 30 seconds of cook. Remove sea bass to a warmed plate and drizzle remaining butter over the fish to serve. …Do not reheat once cooled.
