General
Preparation: Remove all packaging (including the absorbent pad) and allow to breathe for 10 minutes. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Grill

Medium Heat: Rare: 4 mins, Medium: 6 mins
Preheat grill. Place steaks on grill pan under a medium heat, turn occasionally until the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Once cooked, allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Due to the natural variability in the thickness of the meat, the cooking instructions provided are a base guide. For thicker steaks, additional cooking time may be required. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Shallow Fry

High Heat: Rare: 2 mins each side, Medium:3 mins each side
Preheat pan. Add steaks to pan without any additional oil, turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
