Try white rum in a Mojito

A Cuban classic with roots that go back to the days of Francis Drake. Some claim its name comes from the African word ‘mojo’, which means to place a little spell. Place 12 mint leaves in a highball glass, add 50ml white rum, 20ml lime juice, 20ml sugar syrup and a scoop of crushed ice. Stir to combine, add more ice, stir again and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
