A showstopping, hand-crafted centrepiece: boneless turkey breast with a cranberry-jewelled stuffing hiding inside, wrapped in dry cured beechwood smoked bacon. Serves 6.
British Easy Carve Duck with Plum & Chestnut
Plump and succulent part-deboned whole British duck, with a pork, plum and chestnut stuffing. Pour over the fruity glaze to complement the rich flavours. Cooks in a foil tray for ease. Serves 6.
Treacle Glazed Turkey Crown
Tender turkey breast on the bone, stuffed with pork, chestnut and bacon stuffing, and topped with treacle-cured bacon and a deliciously sticky treacle glaze. Serves 8.

Some turkeys come with stuffing made from breadcrumbs so make sure you check the ingredients before buying. Alternatively, choose a whole turkey or turkey crown without stuffing, then either make your own gluten-free version using the recipe below or shop our range of ready prepared gluten-free stuffing options.
