So they did. Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our agave piñas are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, while most others steam theirs for 7 hours. Casamigos Blanco rests for 2 months and gives crisp and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long smooth finish. It's best sipped neat, on the rocks or as the perfect base for cocktails.
