Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging (including bone guard) and allow the lamb to rest for 10 minutes. Place in a roasting tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. Do not reheat once cooled.
