Oven cook

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray directly on the middle oven shelf and cook for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and spoon the juices over the chicken. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is guide only. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)
