Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and set the sauce sachet aside. Cover the foil tray loosely with foil and place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove the foil. Return to oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Turn the vegetables occasionally during cooking. Drizzle sachet over vegetables before serving. Check food is piping hot.
