Preparation and Usage

Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900w, or simply enjoy it cold. Get creative For a quick and tasty dinner, halve an aubergine and roast it with olive oil. Heat the Persian-style Quinoa & Lentils as per pack instructions and stir through finely chopped fresh mint and crumbled feta. Serve the roasted aubergine topped with the Persian-style grains mixture and a sprinkling of pomegranate seeds.
