Preparation: Wash hands after handling raw meat.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked, or wash between uses. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. For grilling instructions, see reverse of label. For best results pan fry.

Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place the meat into the pan, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
