Preparation and Usage
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, a scatter of fresh coriander and a sprinkle of finely sliced chilli. Simple, satisfying and full of flavour.
Cooking instructions
General
Don't reheat once cooled.
Oven cook
From Frozen
Heat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. Allow to stand for one minute, stir and serve piping hot.
Microwave
From Frozen
For a quicker win: (800W full power). Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film and cook for 2 further minutes. Allow to stand for one minute before serving piping hot.
