Wine of Spain.Winemaker Carlos Blaco has created a fresh, fruity and unoaked modern wine from one of Spain's most sought-after varieties. Peach, grapefruit and a twist of zippy lime are balanced by beautiful mineral notes. The proximity of the vines to the Atlantic coastline makes the food pairing relatively simple. It's all about seafood and fish - there's no better match (or catch) out there. Our Albariño grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in the 'O Saines' area of Rias Baixas, Galicia, An area of lush, green and verdant land. Exposure to the Atlantic Ocean, on Spain's northwest coast, means the vines grow in a cooler than normal Spanish climate so our grapes retain their natural freshness.
