Grill time: 18 mins Temperature: MEDIUM HEAT. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a wire rack over a grill pan under a medium grill. Cook for 18 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Evenly space sausages on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes, turn halfway through cooking. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
