Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C, 25 mins
Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side.
Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray, and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and pull the meat using two forks, mixing through the cook juices. Drizzle over the sauce and serve.
